All About Pleats

Pleats.. I am drawn to anything with pleats.  There's something so timeless and classic about a nice pleated skirt.  You may have noticed my skirt in the previous post - it's one of my favorite skirts because it goes with anything!  I've had it for 5 years now, and it's still in style!  I love pieces that will last a long time, so I wanted to show you a few options that would be great basics for your wardrobe.

I'm so excited to share a classy winter look for my first blog post!  Let's just say it turned cold really quickly here, and I'm secretly excited because I finally get to wear sweaters and jackets. This oversized sweater, knit scarf, and pleated skirt is a perfect way to dress it up and stay cozy!

Fall Prepster

Hello!

So I decided to start this blog as a way to release my creative energy.  I hope you can find some inspiration from my style and life around me!  Thanks to my little sis for modeling me in this first post.  I know she had fun, even though she won't admit it (silly teenagers).  Fall Prepster is one of my favorite looks - layers, stripes, blazers, knits - ah!  Try a cozy knit turtle neck this winter.. they are super trendy this season!
